I had my first photo shoot today with my "nephew" Aeden. What fun! I was ubber nervous even though I have been best friends with his mom for 11 years. Luckily Aeden is the happiest easiest going baby on the planet, so I really lucked out there. Bless his little soul! Even though it was nap time he gave me plenty of smiles and plenty to smile about!

Wonderful pictures of "friend Aeden" (ask Beth or Jean what that means...) I am especially fond of the 2nd photo. It is perfect. It could definitely be a greeting card photo. If he was my baby, this one would go on the wall in a matted frame and never be taken down...
So totally Aeden! I love that pose and his huge grin! Arms and legs already in motion, great big grin lighting up the place.
I especially love the way your pictures capture the essence of babyhood - the soft curve of the cheek, the wide eyes with sweeping lashes, the soft mouth - it is a moment captured for all time.
Oh, Libby, I hope for every parent out there that you do this full time. I wish I had frozen moments like that of my own babies. Thanks to you I have them of my grandbabies :)
